DEALING WITH AGGRESSION
Course aim :
This half day course provides an awareness of coping with aggression in the workplace, explores the triggers of aggression and highlights safety issues.
Learning outcomes :
- Understand how to deal with aggressive behaviour
- Know basic procedures for keeping safe
- Understand the importance of reporting and recording
- Know how to control situations through non-physical intervention
