Course aim :
This half day course provides an awareness of mental health issues and identifies strategies to support affected individuals.
Learning outcomes :
- An understanding of mental health and the surrounding stigma
- Have confidence in dealing with individuals suffering mental health problems
- Recognise factors that increase likelihood of people developing mental health issues
- Recognise different forms of mental health problems
